A prospective customer viewing a website can call and
speak to a sales person while viewing the website. The prospective customer types his or
her telephone number in the field provided and clicks on CallMeNow. This triggers a call to
the merchant's telephone number. The page also offers the option for the prospective
customer to EMAIL the merchant.
CallMeNow uses CALLBACK technology. If visitor to your
website wants more information prior to placing an order they TRIGGER A CALLBACK to your
telephone number. As a GlobalTel customer you pay for the telephone call. The calls are
billed to your GlobalTel account.

How CallMeNow Works:
Suppose your company sells products and services
worldwide and you host a web site. An American or international
consumer, visiting your site, wants more specific information or needs
to have question answered.
- The customer clicks on the CallMeNow link, enters
his or her phone number, and clicks the button.
- The website sends the customers phone number to
GlobalTel's switching center, and the switch will immediately
initiate a call to a specific phone number at your company.
- Your sales or customer service representative
answers the call, and the switch will then dial the customers
phone number.
- Your company representative and your customer are
immediately connected and your staff can effectively close a sale
or answer the visitor's question.
- The phone calls are placed within seconds (about
3-4 seconds if it's ISDN
circuits all the way. It may take as long as 10 to 15 seconds if
your lines are analogue (PSTN)) of the visitor clicking on the hot
link.
