1. Fill out a GlobalTel application
(Form 9919) and an Organization Change Form (Form 0317) to have your
number moved over. If you are adding this number to an existing
GlobalTel account, it is not necessary to fill out another
application. Just put the Customer ID at the top of the Organization
Change Form. |
2. Fax both completed documents, along
with a copy of your most recent bill from your current provider, to
US fax no. 1 (206) 203-2000, US Toll Free to 1 (800) 519-6600 or
Universal International Toll Free (+800) 5000-0000.
